Join us for a free reception to celebrate completion of the updated Table Rock signs. The four signs summarizing the geologic history of the Boise Valley were installed by the Idaho Museum of Mining and Geology (IMMG) 30 years ago. The newly updated signs were placed a couple of weeks ago partway up Table Rock on the Ridge to Rivers trail.

We will have exact replicas of the four signs on display at the Museum.

Museum Board President Steve Cox will give a brief overview of the signs and where they are located on the Table Rock trail. The presentation will take less than 40 minutes but will be important to recognizing a significant event in the Museum’s history. Even if you can’t hike to the signs, you can see what they look like at the Museum.
