Join Steve Schaps for a popular field trip to the Shoofly Oolites, one of the largest outcrops of Oolites in North America—located 70 miles from Boise near Grand View. At 10am, meet in the Albertson’s parking lot on Federal Way at McDonald’s Restaurant. Sponsored by Idaho Museum of Mining and Geology, 2455 Old Penitentiary Rd.
